Registration
Registration takes place via the Chronorace service. By registering, I accept the conditions listed under disclaimer and have taken note of the cancellation conditions listed below!

Conditions for Pro-Starters
We welcome licensed, professional athletes to participate in our event. Please inform us via our contact form before registering in order to coordinate the further procedure.

Cancellation for health reasons
Cancellation and reimbursement of the entry fee is only possible on presentation of a medical certificate up to one day before the event. We will charge a fee of 20,- €. Cancellation, including a copy of the medical certificate, must be sent by email to registration@triathloneupen.be. Cancellation for other reasons is not possible.

Change of distance
It is only possible to change the registration to another distance if there is enough capacity up to 14 days before the event. Reregistrations must be sent by e-mail to registration@triathloneupen.be. After submitting a re-registration for another distance, the claim to the previous starting place expires. A fee of 20,- € will be charged for reregistration.

Late entries
For organisational reasons, late entries are not possible on the day of the event.

Transfer of starting places
It is possible to transfer a starting place to another person up to 14 days before the event. This must be sent by e-mail to registration@triathloneupen.be. A confirmation from both persons involved is required. We will charge an administration fee of €20 for the transfer of a starting place.
